About Me
Thanks for stopping by to learn a little bit more about me! I am a self-taught American artist, working out of my home studio in Georgia with my family of cats, cows, chickens, and humans! I have been selling my artwork online, at events, and through licensed products since 2006.
My childhood took place in Northern California, where I first discovered my passion for all things artistic. Like many artists, I have been obsessed with drawing and coloring ever since I can remember! Everything was right in the world when I got a new coloring book and a fresh box of colored pencils or crayons. Although I have no formal art education, I earned my Associate's Degree in Business in 2007, which has served me well in the marketing side of things. I am thrilled to be able to share my talent with the world and to make it my living! When not working, I enjoy gardening, cooking, spending time with family & pets, or just hanging out on my porch swing in the beautiful countryside of the American South.
My original artworks are created by hand, either using watercolor pencil and ink on illustration board, or an Apple Pencil on iPad, using traditional materials and techniques. I also do all of my own graphics for internet and product usage, and produce a lot of my own prints and products in-studio, and self-publish my own coloring books using Amazon's self publishing platform. I currently license my artwork to outside companies for use on products such as diamond paintings, cross-stitch charts, pixel hobby, jigsaw puzzles, and more. I love being able to offer my artwork on products I know people will use and enjoy!
Fans have been collecting my artwork in a variety of ways for many years now, and hundreds of my original paintings and prints can be found in numerous personal collections all around the world. I spent many years exhibiting my work at San Diego Comic Con, Local Fairs & Craft Shows, State Fairs, and Salt Lake Comic Con. My fans are very special to me because I wouldn't be where I am today without their support! I look forward to a wonderful future of licensing more products, illustrating books, and painting more fun characters and artwork for all to enjoy :).
