Hi everyone! I know a lot of people struggle with the skin on my girls (it can be tough!), and although I have some "painting" tutorials, and I have some coloring tutorials "on my list" of things to do...there are some tutorials featuring my artwork floating around on YouTube that might help you out!! New Book "Sweet & Simple Whimsy Girls: Mermaids & More to Color for Beginners" being released the second week of May :)!

Now that my third book "Sweet & Simple Whimsy Girls: Mermaids & More to Color for Beginners" is officially in production (releasing second week of May), these "Volume" style books are being retired! All the artworks from the Volume 1-8 books will now be available in the new books (Mermaids, Fairies, & Other Girls of Whimsy, Enchanted Faces, and Sweet & Simple Whimsy Girls) They are now on CLEARANCE on my site, HannahLynn.com..and once they are gone, they are gone!
 
Christmas and Punch of Color Girls will still be available as they haven't been replaced yet with a full-sized book. TINY SIZE IS ALSO BEING RETIRED once they sell out!!
 
"Sweet & Simple Whimsy Girls" will feature 50 artworks including all of the "missing" artworks from Volumes 1-8 that weren't featured in the 50 Fan Favs or Enchanted Faces books (except for one I believe), a few new, never before seen artworks, and a full sheet dedicated to each one of the Alice in Wonderland and Wizard of Oz girls (since they were combined in a collage style single page for the 50 Fan Favs book). They will be "simple" in design like the Volumes 1-8 with minimal or no backgrounds, and lots of close ups with larger areas to color. These are perfect for beginners, younger fans, for people who just want something simpler to color at times, for those with health issues like unsteady hands or struggling eyesight, or for those wanting to complete their Hannah Lynn collection :). There will be no repeats from the 50 Fan Favs or Enchanted Faces, other than the Wonderland and Os girls getting their own pages, which has been requested time and time again =D. This book is scheduled to release around the 2nd week of May; I will send out a notice when it goes live on Amazon!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to give a little shout out to a coloring group on Facebook started by some fans of my coloring books called "Hannah Lynn's Whimsical Adult Colouring! It's a great group to share tips, colored pages, connect with other Hannah fans, etc.!

Although I am a member of the group, I do not run it, as I don't have time for all the duties that the group admins have. Thanks so much to the admins and all the members of the group for being a part of it =D! Hi everyone! I thought today I would answer a few frequently asked questions about my coloring books!

Q: Are the illustrations from "Mermaids, Fairies, & Other Girls of Whimsy Coloring Book: 50 Fan Favs repeats from the Volumes 1-8 that I see on your site?

A: I have been self-publishing Adult Coloring Books since 2010, before they became mainstream, and they have always been very popular and fun! Volumes 1-8 were released in loose-leaf books of 15 illustrations featuring paintings created throughout the year, the first Volume being released in 2010, and the final Volume 8 being released in February 2015. There are 120 illustrations between the 8 Volumes, none of them being repeats between them, all printed single-sided, on 67 lb Cover Stock paper with a nice texture for colored pencils and the optimum thickness for markers and other semi-wet mediums. These loose-leaf versions are handled entirely by my studio, and ship directly from me!

The 50 Fan Favs book was released as a bound coloring book, printed single-sided on 60lb normal grade paper, through Createspace (Amazon's publishing service) on October 31, 2015. For this ultimate collection style coloring book, 45 of the original 120 illustrations (along with 5 that had never been released previously) were chosen and completely remastered through hours worth of work (all done by me of course), adding a border to each one, recreating full backgrounds, recovering details in hair, clothing, animal friends, and sometimes adding new and interesting elements that were never in the original artwork, in and effort to keep you, the colorist, in mind! Amazon handles all the processing and shipping of this book, and they offer free shipping alongside all your favorite titles for purchases of $35 or more, which also qualifies for special handling or free shipping options for those who have their Prime service. This book sells for $9.95 on Amazon US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, (and most other Amazon sites), and can also be found on Barnes & Noble.com, BookDepository.com (offering free worldwide shipping), and through various individual online booksellers (including myself, I order batches to ship from my studio and offer free US Shipping as well as competitive international shipping rates). Since the release of the 50 Fan Favs book, many of my fans have asked to have the option for the thicker paper (which Amazon does not provide), so the 67lb loose-leaf Cover Stock version was released by my studio on February 6, 2016. It is the exact same book from front to back, but printed (single-sided always) on the nicer paper and enclosed in a resealable, acid-free clear envelope for safe keeping. The Loose-leaf Cover Stock version shows as being available on Amazon.com as well, but still ships directly from my studio and does not qualify for the Free or Prime shipping options through Amazon.

Q: What about the other illustrations that didn't make it into the 50 Fan Favs book? What other books do you have available?

A: I have a new book being released today titled "Enchanted Faces: Mermaids, Fairies, & Fantasy Pocket-Sized Coloring Book" that will also feature 45 remastered artworks from the original 120 and 5 never before released coloring pages. This book will feature 50 illustrations in total, but measure 5.25"x8" in size for the ease of portability, or for when you want to invest a little less time in coloring a piece from start to finish! I have personally always loved small format art, as I can easily get burned out or bored when working on larger pieces (plus the faces are always my favorite part hehe!). Having the 2 books together will give you the variety of 100 completely different images to choose from (there are NO repeats between them), and 2 different levels of time and detail to meet your coloring mood! There will be many up-close faces and torso-up illustrations, as well as a few with a bit more detail. The theme is mixed like the 50 Fan Favs, featuring mermaids, fairies, steampunk girls, and more! I will be posting the link here shortly and will be doing many fun giveaways for this new title! Please contact me if you are interested in doing a blog or YouTube review of Enchanted Faces ;)! This will also be releasing in the Loose-leaf Cover Stock version here on my site with the illustrations being the same size, but printed 2 to a page side by side, to minimize processing on my end.

Other books I currently have are a Christmas Volume in Loose-Leaf Cover Stock (featuring 8 illustrations) on my site, and a Punch of Color Girls Loose-Leaf Cover Stock Volume (featuring 10 illustrations of my popular sketchy tattoo style girls). These 2 books are temporary and will be receiving remastered and expanded illustrations later this year to be released in full volumes available through Amazon.com like the 50 fan Favs and Enchanted Faces books. Cover Stock versions will also be available on my site.

Q: What other books do you have coming out? Are you going to discontinue the Volumes 1-8?

A: On my current publishing schedule I have: Enchanted Faces, (releasing today), Punch of Color Girls (full volume), a full volume Halloween Book, a full volume Christmas Book, and a secret book that I've been working on for a while (sorry no hints!). All of the books are slated to release before Comic Con in San Diego in July 2016, except for Halloween and Christmas which will release in early fall, hopefully before Comic Con in Salt Lake in September 2016. Stay tuned!!

Volumes 1-8 will eventually be discontinued once all the other volumes have been released in both the bound and Cover Stock versions.
